Online financial fraud - cyber fraud happened with me

Sir, cyber fraud happened with me. I reported complaint to 1930, cyber police gave me a complaint, informed all banks about fraud within 24 hours. Police is not showing interest in lodging FIR and making excuses to come to this day, that day. Please advice me sir what can I do?

Follow the below steps:
STEP 1: Go to https://cyber crime.gov.in/Accept.aspx
STEP 2: Click on ‘Report other cyber crimes’ on the menu.
STEP 3: Click on ‘File a Complaint’.
STEP 4: Read the conditions and accept them.
STEP 5: Register your mobile number and fill in your name and State.
STEP 6: Fill in the relevant details about the offence.

If the police is not taking and lodging the FIR then you can reach out to the Judicial Magistrate and file and application under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C.
