What should I do if a person does not return back my money….
A.Dear client,
- Talk to that person and give the option to pay you back in installments.
- Send him a legal notice with the help of a lawyer.
- You can file a civil suit for recovering the money he owed through a promissory note or loan agreement. You can do so under Order 37 of CPC which allows the lender to file a summary suit. This suit consists of an important declaration stating the specific relief.
