Mental harassment - married since 14 years

I am married since 14 years and I have a daughter of 8 . He harassed me mentally during all years. He use abuse words for my parents and brother. As my brother is divorced he use more abusing language for my parents now I also revert back but situation is getting worst few years back he slapped me and I informed my parents about it there was a hot argument between both sides. After that things get worst. Now he is not allowing me to visit my parents. Shall I inform them or any other solution for it.

A.You should lodge a domestic violence complaint before the local police station with the help of an advocate.. furthermore if you are not safe with your husband then you may immediately file a divorce case along with maintenance for providing you monetary support for you and your daughter. You may even file a 498A case against your husband and in laws for such inhuman torture.
