I signed an agreement that if i could not complete typing work within 6 days then i have to pay 4000 to extend my duration.and i paid 4000 fees and i got an extension also. But by mystake i sent 2 blank forms and they charged my 8k after that i got new id then they said your id is crashed need to pay 16k i paid 16k after that again they said your id is crashed you need to pay 32k after that they said we did not get your money is stuck now you have to send 64k to regenerate id.because company is also bearing loss and if you do not pay you will get a legal notice so i paid 64k also after that they said your time limit got exceeded you need to pay 50k penalty so i gave that also .after that they said we processed your file you will get your salary with these refunded amounts after half an hour.But after that they sent mail of acknowledgement in that mail they mentioned all the amounts and salary. And you will get your all payment within 90 days. What should i do now?
Talk to the HR Manager of that company personally on call and ask them what is happening. If you don't know them try to find out and escalate this issue by mail as well. You have already paid them so much and something is definitely not fair here. You have nearly lost 2 lakhs from all this in the hope of getting it back through your salary and reimbursements. Get in touch with any other senior employee and see if the same is being maintained.
If you feel that you are being cheated, Please contact a lawyer and file a complaint under sec 415, 421 to 424 of IPC for cheating and fraudulent activities.
