I gave a personal loan to a girl with my documents as she needed it. I am very poor, begging, my husband is blind and I am also handicapped in legs. Now the girl is dead, and his Loan er company has sent me a legal notice , her family denied to repay the amount and I have no money to hire a lawyer, and I have 12000 rupees left and no ability to repay it, what should I do??

A.Dear client,
Sorry that you are going through all this. You have certain remedies:
- Filing a complaint at the police station: A proper complaint should be filed against the Bank and the recovery office.
- Complaint to your Bank: Practically all banks have a complaint department. You can move that department and can communicate on this matter.

There are many law firms that take up cases for free (as a pro bono case). You can take somebody's help and reach out to such lawyers and people will come forward for sure. You can also write mails to such firms by contacting them through their website.
