A.Dear Sir,
You may lodge complaint with police or get issue strong legal notice. Then approach Civil Court and file a Civil Case.

A.If the mediation process is over and the mediator has no further role to play then he should have delivered back all the documents relating to that land to you immediately. Since the mediator has committed a wrongful act against you, then kindly lodge a complaint against him before the local police authority and also with the help of an advocate, file a case against him before the learned court.

A.Dear client,
It all depends according to the terms of the Mediation agreement. But still a mediator cannot keep the documents related to land for himself forcefully. If the mediation is going on, then he can have them. If no, he cannot. So, contact a lawyer and send him a legal notice.
