Sir.I was working with a Institutions in Varanasi as a hostel supridentant .I stay in Delhi .I was in a search of job near by one day I got a call from a University in Gurgaon they invite me for a face to face interview by mail & several phone calls mages etc .I took leave from Varanasi and attend a interview.but when I reach in the university for interview no one was available from H R to Managment. I meet with some middle management staffs.their support two persons 1 Admin head and a lady ( one of h o d ) as taken my interview .I am a senior person having 28 years of experiences in similar position so interviews not a Issue for me, after interview they have arranged a campus visits etc.after that they told me management' will contact me.then I contacted the people who called me for the interview they said my interview was very successful they are very much impressed about me and informed the main person was sick he is the one make final decisions and ask me to wait ..thats it then no news..but the problem is all the details of my interview and disscussions they have informed my present employer ( Varanasi )they terminated me by phone.said no need to come back to Varanasi. So I lost the job .Later I came to know some of the people played a dirty. Games against me so whom should I blame for this ? My Varanasi employer or Interview (University ? How can I get my job back ? What I should do ?pleases one one answer

A.dear client The employers must have to give a solid reason before firing anyone and just because you had gone for an interview they have fired you is not acceptable in LAW. Please consult with the documents for a resolution

A.You can blame whosoever you want, that's your choice. About getting the job back depends upon what is the reason for which they have terminated you. How are your employment contract with them and on basis can they terminate you. If your termination is not as per the contract then you can challenge this in the court of law.
