Exparte in DVC Exparte in DVC

Hi,

I got divorced in Dec 2012. Before getting divorce she was staying one in her parents home and after getting divorce . i .e one later Nov 2013 she filed DVC on me. I got the Stay order (Stay until further orders)for the same from the Hyderabad high court. The new judge asked for and i have produced the copy in Nov 2017. In July 2018 the case has been reserved for judgement. Now in the lower court where the dvc is filed the judge has passed the exparte order saying my mother and father has not attended and trying to reopen the case. Pls advice me what i have to do. My parents are worried because i have no income.(She also filed maintenance case in 2016 for which judge ordered for interim maintenance )

Thank you
