Product under warranty, company asks to ship it to them at my cost.

I purchased a cooling pad from amazon, brand:zinq. I need to claim warranty of the product but they are asking me to ship it to them and they will fix it. Is this right?? The company should have clearly mentioned it in its product page if it is, but I don't think so this is right and they should bear the cost. I recently claimed warranty for my keyboard, such smooth proccess. They took it and replaced it for free within 4 days. The cost of zinq cooling pad was rs1500 when I bought it now its 900
A.You can directly approach the Amazon customer care department, they will arrange to get it collected from your place or call the customer Care/Service Centre of Zinq nearest to your place to get it repaired or replaced.
