I Do not have any loans with IDFC bank, I used flipkart paylater and converted EMIs several times, it converted these into personal loans with IDFC, I paid my EMIs on time and preclosed all. suddenly I noticed my flipkart blocked and checked my credit score damaged. IDFC bank ddidnt closed any of the loans and not even marked single EMI as paid. this damaged my credit score to 450. now I cannot fet any loans, I am contacting them through Emails and Twitter since JAN 2022 this didn't solved at all. what to do now? why this lousy 3rd grade service from these bankers. how can I solve this?

A.Dear Client!

You need to lodge formal complaint with the ombudsman and if it does not resolve then consumer forum is the only option left to deal with such gross negligence by the bank.

Hope this would resolve your query.

A.Hi client,

Whatever transaction or payments you have made, collect those documents. First, mail them the entire thing, then send a legal notice. Followed by a police complain and a case.

Thanks and Regards

A.You should directly approach the concerned bank in person in your locality along with the updated bank statement for proving that all your EMIs have been paid on time. If still the concerned bank does not rectify their mistake and do the necessary then you may sue them before the competent authority or court of law.
