Up zlr act section 143

A land belongs to sc which after changing the land usr under section143 of the UP ZALRAct, a piece of land has been purchased by me. Question is this that after the conversion of land use there was no legal binding to take petmission of concerning DM to purchase the land of SC.

A.For conversion of the land for your own use, you should follow the norms specified by the Government for such area or zone and then kindly mutate the same according to the law of the land.

Yes, as a general rule once it is converted there is no necessity of permission in respect of converted land from DM. However, check the local law from your local advocate.

You can convert your land use if it is allowed in that particular area for some specific uses only and after that you have to go for mutation process.
