Sir ,im 18 years old and while surfing legal age porn on internet I clicked on a link mistakenly; it redirected me to a child porn website although I didn't knew it was of child porn .I thought it was of legal 18 teen porn so I registered on its homepage for registering it asked for a username and a password to make and nothing else .then got into website and saw 3 videos of 12 ,13 sec and was not able to differentiate weather its child porn or teen porn after some time I realised that I was watching child porn .I mistakenly got in that website while masturbating at the time of ejacuation and hence even ignored what the website is about and what was written on homepage .however I was not more than 40- 45 sec on that website and did't downloaded anything and never went to that website again .its the first time happened to me .sir what should I do I fear that police will come and arrest me .if I report that website to the cybercrime department will I be arrested or charged ?
You need not worry about it and nobody will come to your house and there are no chances of arresting you. Unnecessarily, not to disclose this matter to your friends and relatives because they may take advantage of the same to blackmail you.

A.I think you know that watching or accessing any adult content sites are illegal in India therefore you have been searching for some "legal age porn" but let me clear you that watching any kind of erotic adult content online is illegal in our country and for which you may be punished with imprisonment as well as with fine penalty. You should not access or register yourself with such illegal adult contents websites for your entertainment. In India, prostitution has been made legal so if you feel like that you need to have some refreshment or relaxation physically then you must visit such places where prostitution is being carried on. Moreover since you yourself browsed the net and registered yourself there so no advantage of complaining against such website rather you should not access or browse those websites in future otherwise police officials may take strict action against you which may spoil your career too.
Watching porn in India is never an accepted fact, especially if it is related to child pornography. Government has tried all means in curbing the same.
It seems that this time no action has been taken against you but it does not guarantee for the same in the future.
Be a responsible citizen protect yourself and the society too. If you feel you are addicted to it try solving it with the help of clinical counselling. Hope you wont repeat such actions further in the future.

However, under Section 67-B of the Information Technology Act, 2000, every act relating to child pornography is punishable, therefore even watching child pornography is illegal. This time if police has not come to your doorstep it does not mean that they will not hold you in future. This time nothing may not happen but you are advised not search these types of site, and do not worry cyber crime branch see to your activity many times if this is one or two times you will be exempted but on repeated time you may be upheld. So do not search these things.

Thanks sir for ur assistance its only 1st time I visited this sort of site and that also mistakenly .thanks you very much ? I will even quit legal porn after ending in this sort of situation.but on serious note I want to ask what punishment they can give to a 18 years old ?
