Outstanding Amount on credit card charge Outstanding Amount on credit card charge

I have utilized only 40,000 of my credit card but the outstanding amount has increased to 1.22lacs. I paid and cleared the amount long back. But the bank says i skipped to pay in between ans thus interest increased. And, the worst part is - without my knowledge, my card is updated and number is changed. I dont have the details. I have raised this question to customer care multiple times. Asked the bank manager but not resolved. What to do now?

A.Hello Client,

You can submit a complaint to the CFPB online regarding your credit card issues. You may also send a legal notice to the bank stating the inconvenience they have created, through an advocate's assistance.

One can file a complaint with the Banking Ombudsman simply by writing on plain paper or by sending an email to the Banking Ombudsman.

Thanks & Regards

A.Hi client,

Immediately write all these to the bank manager. Immediately visit your branch and complain the same. If no steps are taken by them, contact an advocate for sending them a legal notice.
Thanks and Regards
