A FIR is registered against fraud transaction and the amount was credited in my roommate credit card he is also don't know about this but police came for investigation and searched room and they also take my credit cards and adhar card and they did not given anything in written that they are taking my card also they just said we will check transaction. So in this situation what should I do

A.You need to visit the concerned police station and meet the said Investigating officer for getting the complete details of the said FIR moreover if the said officer does not cooperate with you and provide you the seizure list for seizing the various valuable documents from you. If he fails to do so then kindly complaint against him to the superior authority or before the High Court of your local jurisdiction.
