Divorce with wife not living with me

Dear Sir/ Madam,
My wife has left me/matrimonial house around 4 years back without any reason (No Domestic violence /Dowry or any other police complaint or Court Petition while leaving).
Before this she has made false complaints of Dowry and DV two times and then withdrawn the complaints being done by mistaken.
Once she left my house in 2009 on her own consent (giving in written to Panchayat Pradhan) without any reason. At that time section 9 case was filed by me and she compromised after six months with the commitment of not leaving company further in such way.
Last year she has filed 125crpc case against me for maintenance. thereafter I filed again section 9 Case but her reply is still awaited.
Now I want to file divorce petition. Kindly advise me what are the chances that I can get divorce and do I need to pay any compensation to her for that?
She looks not to give me divorce at any cost since her only purpose is to harrass and spoil my life. I have no earning on records.
