Maintenance u/s 125 crpc.

My wife filed for maintenance u/s 125 CrPC without submitting the Enclosure No.I as per supreme court judgement Rajnesh v/s Neha.
The interim application for interim maintenance is also filed without the said enclosure and the judge has accepted the application and case is started against me in Family court.
Can I approach High court for the family court not following guidelines of the supreme court judgement
