Cyber cell liened from my SBI account

Sir, my name is AKHIL RAVEENDRAN .I have an account with SBI malikampeedika branch. 25 th December my sister transferred 29000 to my SBI account through net banking.The amount was credited to my SBI account.but 15000 is liened by bank. I reported to my SBI Branch Manager and she said it was liened by cyber cell. I'm not done any unethical transactions.
What I do sir

There must be some complaint by 3rd party as such cyber police might have taken action. U must be in good books with the Investigating officer and get that amount back.
