Employment bond

I had joined one IT company on 30th December and signed the bond of 2 years on the amount of 1lakh. But after joining, i suffered through health related problems so i sent the mail of resignation on 25 January. In the reply they asked me to transfer the bond amount to company bank account. In reply, i told them that I can't pay bond amount, company have not spent any money on my training, i have not even completed my training. Then they told me that how can company spent money on your training if you have leave within one month without completing training period. They are also saying that you have read the bond conditions and you have signed it, so you have to pay bond amount. But During one month, they just given me assignments to do by my own. They have not spent any money on my training till I present there. Now they are demanding bond amount to be paid. During i am present there, they did not spent any money on training, does They have the rights to demand the training amount which they may spent on training in case if i present there till training period. What should I do now? What if they send me legal notice with increasing the interest rate on the bond amount? Please give me suggestions.
Kindly contact an advocate and see if you can file a case in NCLT. That should be the way to go about it.
