Registration of Right of Way (Easement rights in Farm land) Registration of Right of Way (Easement rights in Farm land)

Our farm land is almost 750m from the road. There used to be a narrow way before. In the past 4-5 years, some land was acquired from the land owners and widened the way so that lorries can reach up to my farm land. The cost of widening was shared across all the land owners. Now we are planning to register the right of way to this widened path. We are hearing multiple versions on how to do this.
1. The concerned registrar was suggesting that we need to consider the whole 750m of widened road which comes to almost an acre and register the same. The cost of such registration would be close to 2 lakh for me.
2. Someone suggested there is Book 4 registration which would not cost me more than 10K. But the registrar told a middle man that Book 4 registrations are banned in Andhra Pradesh.

The first option looks like I am making a Sale deed. And this right of way is not solely to myself but for 10s of farmers. In this case, why should I solely pay the registration fee and other formalities for one acre+ path way.

Question is what is the best way to get this Right of way registration done
