What should be the stamp paper value for the agreement(Un-registered) of property valued for 60L?
A.Dear Sir,
As per Karnataka State Government Rules if agreement is unregistered, to legalize it you have to pay 10 times of actual stamp duty.

If I want to legalize my unregistered agreement how much amount to be paid as stamp duty for property value of 60L(as mentioned in the agreement)?
Also do I need to make a new agreement on the 10times stamp duty paid paper and get it signature from owners?
