Lender not issuing NOC after loan cleared and reported wrong data to Cibil Lender not issuing NOC after loan cleared and reported wrong data to Cibil

I had a e-mandate for Rs 54603/- from ANH technologies(Claimtherapist). They reached out on August 20, 2022 for payment directly into their account and cancelling on e-mandate. The transfer was done on August 22, 2022 and the screenshot shared with the company.

In Feb 2023, my Cibil reported that my loan was overdue by more than 120 days. I reached out to the lender for NOC, but they have stopped replying. What is the course of action that should be taken. My my credit scores have been impacted due to this - Cibil, Equifax, Experian, CRIF.
