ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS BY TSPSC ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS BY TSPSC

TSPSC has issued a notification for the post of JL in Librarian on 02.06.2017 and mentioned the date of notification is cutoff date for qualifications.
we appeared for the basic qualification EXAMS in May 2017...For which the results were declared on 17.06.2017...15 days after the date of Notification but before the last date for application.
we applied for the post giving true details and Got hall tickets and appeared for screening test conducted by TSPSC.
Shortlisted for mains examinations and got good marks in mains too and called for certificate verification and finally they rejected us by stating that...Qualification aquired after the date of Notification.

kindly suggest in this regard.

A.Dear Sir,
It is called procedural lapse on the part of TSPSC. Since no body questioning such irregular procedure the Service Commission continuing such practice. Get issue a legal notice and file damage suit claiming Rs.5 lakhs for mentally torturing you.
