My grandfather has property in his name and he is nomore and my father has not prepared a will but he have heirship certificate from Court as his legal soon as owner r his wife children legal rights in property .

A.dear client You get rights only after the death of your father. If your father making any efforts for selling the same then get file injunction suit by your mother.

A.Dear client, heir ship certificate is not equal to heir ship. Better to make a family settlement and get certified from the Office of SDO AND GET RELINQUISHMENT DEED IN ONE FAVOR. For details, pl. contact some family advocate through vidhikarya.com
