I want to know whether the employee is required to complete the notice period during the probation period? Because I was in probation period and there was no contract between me and the employer. But when I left the company, the company said that you have not completed the notice period, so we will not pay you the last month's salary. I then replied that there was no agreement between us specifying a notice period. They told me that all these details are written on our company website. So the details written in the website is legal?
