Court Marriage - Court marriage - document is necessary to submit

Is the below document (written in text below) is necessary to submit in Police station? I am a girl, my parents dont want to come in my court marriage but they will never try to harm me or do any kind of complain against me or my in laws. Should I submit this document or discard it? This document is made by advocate without taking my consent.

This could be understood as a precautionary step taken by your legal aid. A document of this kind does not exists.
We have never seen this kind of document to be submitted for court or registered marriage but it seems that your lawyer is taking precautionary steps which should be alright.
