my father property has 2 house
one property my father gifted to 3sisters and they sold and taken money ...
after that my father purchased one flat when he alive he had one flat and one house. now i am one son to him
so my sisters has evil eyes on my father property and my father gifted to my mother so they brain washed of my mother and they registered two property on there names ie only one sister.

now my father property is no more
my mother also gift deed transfed to my sister and now my mother is against me bcoz she didnot like my wife so she hates my family.
now im what to do

A.Dear Sir,
You have to simply file a partition suit if your father is no more. Further seek a relief of not binding of such Gift Deeds which were executed maliciously to deny your legal share.

A.Dear Client,
There is legally nothing that you can resort to as the property was transferred willingly to the daughters. There was no force or threat used.
