I Uddipta Chakraborty, Malda requesting you for legal advice.
One HDFC bank Relationship Manager of Malda convinced me and my wife to do Life Insurance.
It was June 2019, August 2019 and Feb 2020. In between these periods we did 3 no’s Policy at HDFC Life Insurance and one policy at Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance as per his advice.
For three no’s HDFC Life Insurance total annual premium was Rs- 402500/- and for Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance it was Rs -500000/- annually.
We paid the first premium of each policy and then Covid -19 came. After lockdown we had to close our only earning business due to cash crunch and we are now living very poorly.
We missed all the premiums after the first year due to the cash crunch. Then by last December-2022 I started verbal communication with HDFC life Malda Branch and Aditya Birla Sun Life Malda branch to get paid premiums back from both companies anyway and got tremendous experience.
The Relationship Manager and Branch Manager of Birla Sun Life started to ignore me, like they saw me for the first time in their life.
When they approached us for insurance, they came to my home on a regular basis.
Now, I came to know, their every verbal commitment was false.
Sir, I do require your advice and legal help to get back my paid premiums. It’s not possible for me to forfeit it or pay more premiums.
I can understand that to be involved in this matter you do require much more information’s it's not possible to explain all by mail. I am attaching documents that I have right now.
