Hi there
I have taken corporate car policy and purchased the car worth 20 Lakhs. but after paying 5 months of emi i have got better opportunity. now my existing company is saying me to pay the remaining amount or we will take the legal action against you.
Please note: the car is still under the name of my company
I have purchased the car to save the taxes under corporate car policy
