I was hired on a probationary basis in January 2023, but I was not given any work for half a month. The following month, the company provided me with an employment letter and an increment in my salary. However, at the end of February, they informed me that they were not continuing my employment but did not provide me with any work for the entire month. Additionally,Ii have not received any salary for any month not even a termination letter. What shoul I do

A.Dear Client,
It is advisable to communicate with the HR or the manager in this regard. If no clarity is availed, you can proceed to file a legal suit.
