My wife sent me a notice which written all false allegations like domestic violence and voluntary miscarriage, we have 1 child of 2 years old and 3 years of marriage life, should i call family court counselling. What if my wife will not attend it, instead of it my wife can file 498a and 313 against me.

A.Dear Sir,
It is common to allege such false facts in the petitions. Judges are more intelligent and experienced to do justice to the husbands. You just approach High Court and see that the said DV proceedings are quashed. You may attend counseling before High Court counseling centre and not at family counseling centre.

A.Dear Client,
You can proceed to file a case under false accusations and blackmail. Also, the court will summon your wife for a hearing, so she will be bound to attend it.
