Good noon Sir/Mam,
I am the confirmed officer in SBI currently under suspension because of action of CBI ACB on bribe case of Rs. 10,000/-.The FIR is only in the name of private worker because of that private worker i got trapped at home at around11:30 pm at night with no such evidence of demand from the customer nor from the private worker, even i have the eye witness with me who was present there at the spot when that private person giving money to me while telling lie on it.So i have 2 question to ask:-

Q1) Please guide me that how could i fight the case of better results ?

Q2) After reinstated in the bank can i resign from SBI and go with another Government Job?
