Sir / Madam, I have paid advance for 1 plot in Visakhapatnam and waited for 10 months since VUDA LP number has to be allocated for the same. Last month vuda released LP and real estate representative saying your plot sold to somebody and we will arrange another plot. But actually its not sold to other person these fellowes wants sell it for high rate since my plot having good demand. They have given agreement in july 2017 stating the plot number and boundaries. Now they are saying its already sold. As per agreement if there is any change in Vuda approval Plot will be changed as per vuda Approval but there is no change in vuda approval. And builder wants to make more money by allocating some other plot. Pls advise us.

A.dear client in your case Please share the agreement to get any advice. Secondly, how have they confirmed to you that the plot has been sold. Please consult for a proper advice.

A.Now it has become a common issue that the plot allotted as per agreement is not registered or while registered it is changed .The VUDA take shelter in the clause that the actual allotment many change on actual allotment or Registration.It is better to consult a senior Property Lawyer well versed to take up the issue with VUDA .

Sir. Thank you for your information. But here there is no issue with VUDA because they is no change in plots in their approvals.
