Contract money payment Contract money payment

I had joined an online course of 1 year by signing a contract. It says if you want to leave in middle then you need to pay the full amount of money within 7 days and if you can't pay it within the days then as per RBI guidelines interest will be added. I left the course in the middle. But they only called me for join the class and didn't say anything about the money. So are they waiting to get the interest high or is it possible that they won't take any money?
