Will this Sale Deed be valid
In Karnataka, can a plot measuring 30*40 be registered on Rs. 3/- Stamp paper? My Sale deed consists of 11 pages and hence the seller has taken 11 pages stamp paper each costing Rs. 3/-. Will this Sale Deed be valid?
A.Dear Client
This sale deed will be valid if the rest of the stamp duty is paid to the sub registrar while getting the sale deed registered.

A.Dear Sir,
It is not a valid sale deed unless it is registered with the concerned Sub-Registrar and paying sufficient stamp duty as per the rules of State Government of Karnataka.
