Full salary deduction from bank towards personal loan

I has availed personal loan one and half year ago from my bank where my salary deposited.in last year paid all emis on time but 6 months back i had health issues for that reason i didn't go to job and i haven't any income source so felt to pay emis of last six months,bank send notice to pay full outstanding amount i sent application to bank i had some issues and i am on secure jabs and my salary also deposited in your bank ,when i feeling well i will join and i will pay my outstanding emis bank agreed.last month i joined my job and this month my salary around 40k credited in the bank but already frozen my account and deducted full amount.i reached bank and told i m ready to pay but said you have 91600 outstanding amount with penelties we have right to collect entire amount from you. My concern is payment of 91600 take 2 to 3 months as per my salary and i already had lost my savings on my treatment and my family depends on me no another income source i have two school going children i request bank to think about my problem but they refused
