Bank issued cheque book unknown person

A bank which having savings account issued cheque book to another person and that person signed in register of bank himself,bank allowed him it's clear bank involved but that person give a cheque with forged sign of customer to a finance company as secrruity deposit , fianance company deposited cheque and dishonerd and filed 138 case against customer but customer having no idea,he go to police station but police take a normal complaint .will customer responsible for 138 case against him,what should he do?
A.In the given situation, you may take following steps
1. Contact an Advocate dealing consumer Court case to file a complaint against the concerned Bank for deficiency in service
2. Lodge a FIR for alleged forgery
3. Contest the case u/s.138 of NIA through a good Advocate.
Hope the suggestions may work.
If you are not involved in the allegations any way, you need not be worried for that. Governing laws will take care if contested properly.
