In January 2018 my father died in an accident he was going on work and hit by a jeepsy and injured and than he died in hospital. I have registered a clam case in November 2018 and till I have provided all the documents like death certificate,fir,final report, treatment slip, postmortem certificate, driving license, insurance paper,bike RC, income certificate,ITR of three years,and 2 witness of the accident and after that 5 years passed but there is no update i am only getting dates monthly.sir i am a student and my study is stopped due to this and my financial problems what I have to do don't know.every paper every witness already presented
You may go to High Court and get a direction to the concerned Court to dispose off the case as early as possible that is within time limit which may be fixed by High Court.
