I want to vacate my pg one month prior from the agreement month because my college session is going to be end and at starting they said you can leave whenever your session is ending now he is saying we will not return money back is there anything I can do

A.Hi client,
There must be a clause in the agreement wherein the procedure of your current situation is mentioned. If the PG owner is violating the same, you can write a legal notice drafted by an advocate.

A.Your query is almost incomplete and insufficient In absence of terms and conditions of agreement nothing can be opined whether you entitled for refund of money or not for leaving the premises before the tenure of agreement.
