A.Only way to get rid of this situation is to disprove the criminal charges brought against you and your family before the Court. Once the charges proved false in Court complainant has to face both criminal prosecutions for false allegation and punishment prescribed under relevant law apart from other consequences.

A.Hello,
If a false complaint is registered against you by your wife, you have two options – either to defend your case and wait for the judgement or to file a counter case against your wife under S 153(4) CrPC. Meanwhile you can also apply for an anticipatory bail.

A.Dear Sir,
It is casual not to worry. You may go to High Court and get the charge is stayed then quashed by hiring a reputed advocate.
