No Response from Immediately Supervisor for Resignation. No Response from Immediately Supervisor for Resignation.

I put my Resignation from my company on 3-May-23 by email to my Immediate Boss with copy to my HOD and HR and also applied my Resignation on Company Portal but till now there is no response Received from anyone and I even Mentioned to serve my Notice period of 30 Days as per the terms and conditions of my Employment Letter can you please guide me what to do further and how much I will wait for their Reply and Can it be possible that the Resignation deemed to be accepted even if they didn't respond after the end of notice period please suggest.

A.Once the notice tendering resignation is served in compliance of the terms of employment letter, then on expiery of 30 days period resignation is automatically deemed to be accepted and enforceable. You are entitled for notice pay for serving during the notice period.
For non issue of release letter post resignation and for non payment of notice pay, you may contact with the office of the concerned Labour Commissioner to obtain desired reliefs.

A.Hello,
As per the infromation you have given it is suggested to you that if you have served your notice period after giving your resignation then you can ask yur employer for releiving letter.
