How can I not sentenced to jail being a female? How can I not sentenced to jail being a female?

My previous employer is threatening to file a case against for cyber crime section 66c for misusing of password. Since I know my previous HR's email password, I responded to my background verification mail filling the actual information unauthorised. It was an hostile work environment where my manager abused sexually as I didn't reciprocate he started targeting me so I finally quit. The company CEO started abusing verbally as he was angry that I am leaving the company and joining a new company. I know they won't leave a positive remark in my background verification email so I myself responded without their permission. They found out and told me there will be a police case filed against me.

A.Dear Madam,
You need not worry whenever they file FIR you can go to High Court and get a stay order and ultimately it may be quashed.
