Am I entitled to a refund if a job guarantee program fails to secure a job for me Am I entitled to a refund if a job guarantee program fails to secure a job for me

I am considering completing a Job Guaranteed Program in Data Science from DataisGood. They have stated that they will give me in email that the program guarantees a job and if that doesn't happen,I will be entitled to a full refund.
Is that email valid proof for me to claim that refund.

A.Dear Client
A program promising job guarantee on completion of the program itself prove the dishonest and ulterior motives of the persons behind such a nature of the promise even made in news channel or through email or any other mode of communication promising refund of course fees on non-availability of job to allure or attract the students and generate their personal fund.
The credential of a candidate for a job depends upon the various factors and based on completion of a program a confirmation of job itself makes it doubtful.

So in case of your doubt turns in reality, reach out to an Advocate asap for filing a complaint against the said educational institute under CPA, 2019 for deficiency in service and unfair trade practice claiming a refund of entire tuition fees and compensation for harassment and mental agony.

A.Hello,
E-mail records can be admissible as evidence in courts under the Indian Evidence Act. Hence issue of an offer or acceptance via mails can give rise to binding contracts and these electronic records can be used an evidence in courts to enforce the contracts.

So you are eligible for your refund , for better clarity you can reach out to an advocate.
