Can i rejoin my govt job

I joined govt job. After 6 months i was arrested in a case. I got suspended one the same day in 2020. After 3 years in 2023 criminal court gave judgement that iam not guilty and acquitted. Can i rejoin the govt job again. What i need to do for that.
