I have purchased a Property and builder has now sold it to another Party. I have filled a case on court so will I request Court to Give me Interim Relief by Pausing my EMI untill the Disput get settled

A.Once the property is bought through loan, you are solely responsible for repayment of said loan in terms of the loan agreement. Financial Institutes cannot be stopped from the recovery of debt from loan receivers on the ground of property
for which loan was granted is subjudice now before a Court. Because at the time of approval of loan FI found the title of the property free of encumbrance. So your prayer for withholding of EMI cannot be granted on on objection of the concerned FI.
