My wife and I wish to sell our land located in the outskirts of Pune. We both are co-owners of the Land (6200 Sq ft.). We are based now in Bangalore since a year. A customer in Pune has come forward to buy the plot of Land in Pune. (Now in Bangalore my wife and I stay with my 96 year old father . We have relocated from Pune to Bangalore for good, after selling our own Flat in Pune. ) Now to sell the plot in Pune & sign all the documents my wife alone can go to Pune, as I have to look after my Dad here in Bangalore. Can I make a PoA to authorise my wife to do the property selling & Registerion in the sub registrar's office in Pune, doing all the signatures needed for the sale on my behalf ?

A.You need to make out a Special Power of Attorney for the specific purpose that is to do all that things and act on your behalf required for the sale and registration of specified property. Reach out to an Advocate for guidance and steps in this regard.
