Minor sons, widow is coparcener in huf. Is family certificate necessary? All other documents are in place
A.Dear Client,
A family Certificate or legal heir certificate issued by a competent authority is necessary to prove your status as coparcener of HUF and equally important for all the purposes.
Reach out to the office of the concerned Civic Authority for the purpose.
