I terminated from a private company on 2019 and i filed labour case for reinstate in CGIT on 2020. My case is still delaying since judge is not appointed. Its almost 4years i stay without salary and settlement. What i can do in this situation. Can i approch high court for justice? Pls advise

A.Yes, you can approach High Court explaining the ground behind your prayer for transfer of your ID to other CGIT where PO is available for early hearing and disposal of your case.
