If a wife registers a complaint against husband any type of case , can police get his call history ,deleted text messages and whatspp messages? Is there any way to prevent this ?

A.On the basis of complaint, police investigated the same following the established procedures and for the sake investigation police can retrieve the phone call history, deleted text and w/app message applying advance technology/AI to prove or disprove the allegations.
