Less payment of expenses incurred for medical treatment

My wife medical expenses claim was under paid by ESI. What I should do. I incurred totally 5.7 lakh. Whereas received only 1.5 lakh.

A.Dear Client,
Put up a grievance before the ESI authority and the concerned enpanelled Insurer who settle the claims of ESI beneficiaries. In case your claim is rejected by the Insurer then file a complaint under Consumer Production Act, 2019 for deficiency in service and unfair trade practice claiming the admissible cost of treatment and compensation for harassment impleading ESI as a party to the case.
