Removing the Aircel tower

There is a tower at the back side of my house. there is a contract of paying rent but in the last 2 years of contract they didn't pay a single penny. And now it has been more than 4 years the contract has finished but they didn't pay any thing. How to claim the money?
A.For non-renewal of the contract by the Tower Company, it lost its validity and enforceability and after the lapse of more than 4 years, your claim is now barred by limitation.
